Registration for Summer camp is required to participate and must be done through the PYLUSD School district. Registration requires a physical as well as payment.

PHYSICALS
Physicals are REQUIRED by the district to participate in school athletic programs. If you have not gotten a physical yet please do so immediately. There is a link above for the physical form and also a link with instructions on how to register with Home Campus to get your athletic clearance.
